Here is something a little different than our line of AUX switches. A loop switch that allows you to insert an effect or loop in one of two locations in the signal chain. I made this intentionally compact for my scenario - opting initially for an aluminum 1590G enclosure and TRS connections for use with Y-cables, and since designing a custom, printed enclosure for enhance ergonomics and integral descriptive graphics. There is also a design in the works for a larger version for those that would prefer mono cables, so just reach out if you are interested in that or some other custom iteration.

I can illustrate further with my personal setup. I want to connect my modulation effect either in series with other pedals or within the insert loop of my delay pedal (affecting only the repeats). In this case, I need two Y-cables and a stereo patch cable.

    1. Connect the pedal that will move around: the tip end of a y-cable to the input, the ring end to the output, and the stereo end into the middle jack of the PunchLoop.
    2. Connect the first insert location for the effect: the tip end of a y-cable from the output of the upstream pedal, the ring end to the input of the next downstream pedal, and the stereo end into either the left or right jack on the PunchLoop.
    3. Connect the second insert location for the effect: same as step two (with y-cable) if the second location is in between other effects, but a standard TRS patch cable if connecting to the effects loop of another pedal using a TRS port.
    4. Connect 9v power to the PunchLoop for visual feedback of which loop is active (optional).
    5. Now when playing, simply use the footswitch to move the effect between location one or two on the fly!

As always, ideas for custom solutions are welcome. Maybe we should print a unique enclosure for your rig ;)
